We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with AI Founder Lab, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at info@revoice.co.za within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days.

After the 7-day window, all sales are final and no further refunds will be issued.

Course Purchases (One-Time)

One-time course purchases grant lifetime access to all course content, including future updates. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the sale is final.

Subscriptions (Monthly)

Monthly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

For your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days. After the 7-day window, or for subsequent billing cycles, no refunds are issued. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

How to Cancel a Subscription

  • Log in to your account and go to Settings.
  • Click Cancel Subscription under your billing section.
  • Alternatively, email us at info@revoice.co.za and we will cancel it for you.
