2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Services

AI Founder Lab provides:

• Educational Content: Interactive courses, video lessons, and code templates for building AI SaaS products.
• AI Tools: AI-powered assistant and code helper tools to support your learning and building.
• Community: Founder Forum for discussions, networking, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentorship: Access to group coaching sessions and mentor guidance (Founder Pro plan).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

5.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may vary by region. We process payments through Paddle. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 One-Time Purchases

Course purchases grant lifetime access to the purchased content, including future updates to that course material.

5.3 Subscriptions

Subscriptions (e.g., Founder Pro) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. After the 7-day window, all sales are final. For subscriptions, the 7-day guarantee applies to the first payment only; subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All course materials, platform design, logos, and AI tools are the intellectual property of AI Founder Lab. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on the Platform (e.g., forum posts, code submissions). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Platform.

6.3 Your Projects

Products and businesses you build using knowledge gained from our courses are entirely yours. We claim no ownership over your independent work.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Redistribute, resell, or share course content outside the Platform.
• Use AI tools to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
• Harass, bully, or engage in abusive behavior toward other community members.
• Spam or post unsolicited promotional content in the community.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. AI Tools Disclaimer

Our AI-powered tools (AI Assistant, Code Helper) are provided as learning aids. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated code or advice before using it in production. We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Community Guidelines

The Founder Forum is a professional space for AI entrepreneurs. We expect all members to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend users who violate community standards. Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI Founder Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Founder Lab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
